IB Academic Planning
Review Son’s IB subjects, academic strengths and university interests. Identify relevant subject prerequisites, establish academic priorities and plan for Grade 12 readiness alongside his school’s guidance.
A personalised journey from Grade 11 preparation to Grade 12 applications—building strong IB foundations, meaningful experiences and a clear direction towards leading universities and business schools across Europe.
Son’s university preparation begins well before the application forms. Our proposed support combines academic planning, extracurricular development and summer opportunities in Grade 11, followed by structured university application guidance in Grade 12.
We will help Son explore his interests, develop experiences that reflect them and make informed decisions about where and what to study. The pathway will evolve alongside his academic progress and ambitions.
The plan below will be tailored to Son’s school calendar, academic priorities and the deadlines of his chosen opportunities.
Grade 11
Set academic priorities, develop extracurricular involvement, explore university pathways and apply for summer internships, work experience and business school summer programmes.
Summer Before Grade 12
Pursue suitable programmes, projects or work experience and begin preparing application materials.
Grade 12
Finalise the university shortlist, prepare applications and admissions assessments, and evaluate offers.
Starting in Grade 11 gives Son time to explore his interests, understand university requirements and develop meaningful experiences before application deadlines begin. We will help him build a clear direction and prepare steadily, with activities planned around his IB workload.

Review Son’s IB subjects, academic strengths and university interests. Identify relevant subject prerequisites, establish academic priorities and plan for Grade 12 readiness alongside his school’s guidance.
02
Help Son select and develop meaningful activities connected to his interests. Potential directions include leadership, entrepreneurship, competitions, community initiatives or an independent project. Prioritise sustained involvement and tangible contribution.
03
Help Son identify and apply for suitable summer internships, work experience and job-shadowing opportunities related to his interests in business and related fields. Support includes developing his CV, preparing application and outreach messages, and interview preparation where relevant. Opportunities will be assessed for age eligibility, suitability and availability.
04
Help Son research, shortlist and apply to suitable pre-university summer programmes at leading business schools across Europe. We will compare subjects, eligibility, entry requirements, dates and costs, and guide the preparation of application materials. These experiences can help Son explore business subjects, experience university life and make more informed decisions about his future degree.
05
Explore business, management, economics, finance and related degrees across Europe. Develop an initial shortlist based on Son’s interests, academic profile, teaching language, location and family budget.
Internship placements and summer programme admissions depend on the receiving organisation’s requirements and selection process. Programme fees, travel and accommodation are separate from advisory fees.
